We are breaking the Guinness world record for the largest Easter egg hunt with over 500,000 Eggs! We’ll have face painting, bounce houses, pictures with the Easter Bunny, food trucks, and more! This is the family affair of the year you don’t want to miss! Help Sacramento and Blue Heart International Break the Guinness World Record for the largest egg hunt in the world at the California State Capitol from 9:00am – 1:00pm. Entry is free for the event but there is also a paid VIP option. VIP Egg Hunt Pricing: $20 after March 1st. Free Hunt Start Times: The free Easter Egg Hunt will start sharp so be sure to arrive early to find the right area for your child’s age group. Also children need to bring their own basket to the hunt to hold their eggs. Join Fairytale Town for an egg-citing weekend featuring egg hunts, prizes, spring themed arts and crafts and more! Daily egg hunts will be held at 12, 1 & 2PM, promptly. After each hunt, redeem your eggs for a prize in Mr. McGregor’s Garden. Hunt areas are separated by age groups as follows: 0 – 3yrs, 4 – 6yrs & 7 – 12 yrs. Visit with Peter Cottontail, photos available at an additional cost. Magical Moonshine Theater will also be on hand performing Tales of Br’er Rabbit in the Children’s Theater.
